Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Fulorni purchase. This policy explains how returns, damaged-item claims, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us at fulorni@hotmail.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Products that have been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect the product and packaging promptly after delivery. Report visible shipping damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items within 48 hours by emailing us with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the claim and provide replacement, parts, return, or refund instructions.

Return shipping

If the return is caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item supplied by Fulorni, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping where applicable. For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring the product reaches the designated return location safely.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Klarna refunds

For purchases made with Klarna, Fulorni processes an approved refund through the original Shopify order. Klarna then updates the customer's payment plan or account according to Klarna's processing times and terms. For Klarna payment questions, visit Klarna Customer Service.
